I read some of the reviews here and I can't help but wonder: 1. ) About the need for some software to make the headphones work - I don't need any, I use normally via bluetooth with my phone - yes you have to give permission to share contacts, because you can use the headphones as handsfree. 2. ) About the headphones being *failing* and that *one stopped playing* or that *each one plugs in separately* -yes, it happens to me sometimes too, when I forget to put them back in the dock, or when I take one out and the other one comes out after maybe 30 seconds. You should ideally remove and return the locker at the same time, or with minimal delay, when removing and returning it to the docking station. -If you find that one doesn't play or that each handset connects separately, remove them from the connected devices on your phone, put them in the dock and press and hold for 20 seconds, then take them out at once and find them as a brand new device (QCY-T1C) on your phone and give permission to share contacts etc. and the problem is over. I've had the headphones since January 2023 so after almost two years they still sound like new and I'm extremely satisfied. Zrvona I'm buying another white one to stock up on in addition to the black ones when reading the reviews I had to respond.
