Performance on one in auto mode, on turbo it can handle max 5 minutes: -)))), after half a year second time in service, E4 error, not charging. In fact, a big disappointment, a very bad choice. And the mopping attachment, I'd rather not even comment on that, a piece of rag where water leaks. To make it work as it should, it is better to wet it, because it takes several minutes before the water flows. If they throw the E4 error again, I'm returning the product! It's now resting in the service bay.

Hello, thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear about your experience. The E4 fault is a fault of the battery and associated electronics. Unfortunately Rowenta had a series of product where this error was. However, all models from this production series have been withdrawn from the market and the components replaced. You probably have a piece that was sold before this was resolved. It is definitely better to claim directly at Rowenta service where they will give you a new battery and replace the electronics with 100% working ones without this random E4 error. As for the mop, you definitely need to wet it under running water before using it and then put it on. It's in the manual.

Experience after less than 2 years, non-functioning motor, non-functioning mopping nozzle, disintegrating vacuum nozzle travel, disintegrating hose joint, disintegrating hepa filters. The display says 10minutes to discharge, but when switched on at high power it immediately switches off and says 0%. Rowenta is still making excuses and has not acknowledged the complaint about the mop not working, saying that no cleaning agent should be added, even though it adds agent on its instructional video. I don't recommend the product anymore mainly because of the attitude towards complaints from Rowenta, instead of acknowledging the unsuitable material of the nozzle they keep repeating the same thing.

Like probably more clients, I was hesitant because the price is higher, but satisfaction is maximum so far. Lots of attachments, very good and adjustable pull, flexible hinge under furniture, the main vacuum head is wrapped in rubber, so there is no risk of scratching furniture, and I sing only praises for the wiping attachment. I have dogs at home, so daily cleaning is a duty and routine, and with this "friend" the work goes immediately better from hand. In addition, the long repair warranty will definitely be a sign of the quality of this helper. And the docking station is just the icing on the cake. For me a really great helper with lots of features.
