Thin as ordinary transparet tape, only it sticks on both sides. It does not have a protective layer like typical carpet double-sided tapes. Quite difficult to handle, but I haven't found a better (transparent) alternative yet.

I bought it to glue photos to a paper album, it holds quite well on paper, but hardly at all on photos. It doesn't have a protective tape layer, so it likes to get dust on it when not in use and the dusty layer then has to be rolled off and thrown away. Next time I'll go with the tried and true Kores tape.
