I was looking for an alternative instead of the OLED panel I was afraid of for the money. According to the reviews, this was a great choice in terms of price/performance ratio. So you need to play around with the monitor settings to make the colors look nice ( as other reviewers write ) but after ''stellating'' the sky is the limit.

I deliberately do not own a TV and this monitor confirms me in the uselessness of such a purchase. In addition, for my hobbyist, the advantage of the monitor is the ability to turn off the blue light and process photos in their natural (more natural) color.

It wasn't until a post on reddit that I was able to adjust the monitor so that the picture looked really good. In basic settings or even with HDR on, the picture was downright blinding, I was really thinking of returning the monitor.

Honestly, I didn't expect any miracle for the money, but I'm absolutely satisfied with the picture. I don't notice any ghosting, smearing, or other bad words, just a fine panel that exceeded my expectations and I don't think anyone who isn't used to 20+ grand oils will be offended. It was a bit of a struggle to find a good setup online, in the end I went for a combination of the settings for the older model and my own adjustments - I'm pretty happy with the resulting image so for those interested I'm sharing: Luminance: Contrast 50-60 Brightness 70-100 (depending on preference, I prefer not to burn my retinas completely) Gamma 1 or 3, whatever makes you look better Color: Red: 34 Green: 34 Blue: 50 Game Settings: Game mode off Shadow control 40 (this is perhaps the most important setting of all) Oh, and keep in mind that HDMI 2.0 unfortunately only handles 60hz 10bit or 100hz 8bit. DisplayPort is required for 120hz+.
The picture was a very pleasant surprise
Very easy to assemble (no need to screw anything in)
I wouldn't have to have those red elements on the monitor
The buttons are slightly maddening, I accidentally turned the monitor off about 20 times during setup
