It's working as it should.
Unfortunately, the VESA mount is 0.5mm wider than the recessed recess of my ASUS monitor. I had to grind it.

Quality product!
I have a 3x holder and it holds the 9.5 kg monitors I have, as someone here writes that no, they can' t tighten the screw!
I grabbed them from behind the table 3 times and I don' t have a destroyed table either, thank you if someone is not good at them, they are out of luck: -).
When I need it for the fourth time, I will buy again.
Not for me.

I thought I had the spring force set correctly, but the stand held up because it wasn' t moving. After a few hours, he shot up and scratched my side monitor.
Great for that price
The new ones have solidified and need to move.

small, rotatable, easy assembly
can't hold a 27" monitor in a roughly central position. He's coming down. You need to play a lot with the settings, it doesn't hold 100% in every position.

Satisfaction - saving space.
Will also hold a 34 inch Samsung G5 monitor
Arm stiffness adjustment - holds in any position
Price
the screw has to be tightened more to prevent the monitor from tilting down (nothing exceptional in this price range)
otherwise nothing
