Length, 2m is just right
Holds firmly in the device (4 year old phone with a fairly worn charging port)
Robust design. But the actual lifetime will only become apparent with time (so far I'm using 14 days)
Perhaps just a very distinctive alza logo, if it were smaller or none at all, it would be ideal. But that's just a subjective feeling, it doesn't affect the functionality of course.

cable tie
braided cable - strong but well flexible
small end - does not interfere with the phone in the presence of the cover

it is really very short because charging via this type of cable is more or less necessary via USB charger
