I used them daily for 2 years and was more or less satisfied, but they've reached the end of their useful life and I won't be buying again. Particularly annoying was the poor quality contact for charging in the case, where the headphones sometimes paired themselves with the mobile phone even when they were in the case. One of the headphones opened after 2 years and wires are sticking out of it, but I consider that to be normal wear and tear. Generally speaking, the quality corresponds to the price.

The headphones are not a miracle, and the price corresponds to that. Anyway, they could pull it off for at least two years. The first piece broke within a year (the fact that they don't mate perfectly is basically a minor thing besides that). Alza will not refund your money. You will receive new headphones as a replacement. These went bad after just a few uses. Refund or further compensation? Oh, yeah. The warranty is supposedly two years on the first piece, and having a brand new piece, as if you bought the headphones again from scratch, does not guarantee the classic two-year warranty on that piece. In a relatively short period of time you will almost certainly end up with non-functioning goods. Money wasted on me.
