Controlling only through the Aqara application is not very convenient through constant pairing via Bluetooth. Remote management requires a hub, either from Aqara or Apple, but the lock can be configured very well without it.

The replaceable battery in the lock can be recharged via USB-C, for example with a power bank overnight (included bag for attachment to the handle), the outdoor keypad is powered by AAA batteries or can be connected to a power supply
Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home, Matter and Thread > so you can, for example, lock with your voice, IFTTT
I also like the design, it is simple and functional
