A really lovely fridge, which exudes a premium brand feel. The materials are nice and inspire confidence. At first, I was worried about the layout of the shelves and compartments, which aren't very adjustable. You can't fit a 2.5L bottle in the door without either taking out one of the other compartments, or putting two so close together that you can't put anything in the bottom one. The main fridge shelves are a similar story. It's difficult to fit pots in because you're short a few centimetres. I solved this by removing the bottle rack, which created a tall shelf, for example, for pots. After a month of use, we've completely got used to the shelves and haven't needed to change anything in that time. This is also down to the fact that the fridge is huge and there's always space inside. If you need to store a 2.5L bottle, you just lay it down on a shelf inside. At the beginning, the 'door open' alarm was a bit annoying, but you can turn it off. However, you quickly realise that it's a useful feature that reminds you that leaving the door open for too long costs you energy. The meat drawer and the huge fruit and vegetable drawer also work brilliantly. So, overall, we're very satisfied. However, I should point out I might be biased, because Bosch is a brand we love, and we have about ten of their appliances and even parts in our car, including the wipers, and we have no complaints about any of them. The only thing I'm not keen on is the brand's Czech website; I don't quite understand their policy, but the feeling it gives off isn't what a customer would expect. When you see the nonsensical recommended prices, it's as if they're saying, “Don't bother us here”.
The high-quality and sturdy plastics on the door shelves and in all the drawers give you hope that they won't crack, even after years of use.

Of course, you also need to bear in mind that the fridge is over 2 metres tall – shorter people won’t be able to reach the top shelves. An excellent fridge – we put our trust in their experience. We used to have a similar Bosch fridge; it broke down after 13 years. This is a new model, but it’s more or less a copy of the old one. Fitting the rails was a bit of a nightmare – the plastic moulded parts had been forced into their counterparts and had to be ‘wrenched’ into place – and I was terrified I might snap some hidden latch I’d overlooked – but it all turned out fine
