Nice readable display
M1 M2 M3 speed dial buttons
microUSB charger is evil for grandma and grandpa, golden good old Nokia charger
The basic ringtone selection is pretty tragic, fortunately you can record your own

Loud speakers (hopefully loud enough to last and not 'shout')
Fall-resistant construction (untested, but surely can withstand some accidental dropping)
quite attractive design
charging cradle
perhaps in terms of functionality would be useful larger buttons with which to answer and end a call, it would improve the orientation in the keyboard

Large display, easy to operate buttons, loud ringing, easy to hear call.
The red colour is really beautiful, such a shiny, dark red, it looks more luxurious than the blue one (we have both).
Grandfather misses the option to save the contact with another number, address and email.
To store photos from MMS received from the smartphone is not enough basic memory tlf even for one photo, you need to buy a miniSD card (16GB for about 180 CZK).
