USING THE SAMSUNG ECOSYSTEM The manual says that there are 3 ways to connect: ANT+, Bluetooth or via the Garmin Connect app. Of course, only Garmin Connect worked, it didn' t connect to the Samsung S23 via Bluetooth, it kept popping up saying an app is needed to connect the device, which is against the manual.
It won' t connect to the watch itself via Bluetooth, the band is nowhere to be found. According to the instructions on the internet, it should go via Google fit, but as of 22/05/2024, on the updated Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and the updated Goofle fit, " Bluetooth sensors" is not possible in the settings, so it is not possible to connect via the watch either.
The band is therefore only targeted at the Garmin ecosystem and I recommend buying it only with a Garmin watch
