Never again - two months after purchase, error message Fd, twice the service man was here, finally he recommended us to leave the detergent tray open so it doesn't overheat. Half a year of hassle with the service, now after a year they are reporting the same error again.

We've had the washer and dryer for a month so far. We're thrilled. At the beginning I thought it was a defective product because I turned on the program and when I came back an hour later, the washing machine was off and the clothes were dirty. I found that I touched the off button, and since the washer is touchscreen, it only takes a brief touch and it responds immediately. Since the washing machine sounds were turned off, I didn't notice that I had completed the program. Otherwise satisfied with the washing machine.
Quiet running
Big drum
Lightweight control
Looks well managed
The product does not come with a paper manual, it is necessary to download it
Several times it happened to me that I leaned on the on/off button and turned off the program in progress (touch control)
The black door of the washing machine is a dust magnet (static El. )

Lots of settings
It doesn't jump at all even at 1400 rpm
the manual is confusing and I'm not 100% sure which program is appropriate when
If you select a program for a long time, the display may go out and you lose the settings

We were thrilled with the washing machine until the first one! washing and drying, the laundry was so wet it was dripping water. After the intervention of the technician, it manifests itself in exactly the same way. Obviously it is not possible to fix it, but the service refuses to admit it and communicates arrogantly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND even just thinking about this product
silence
does not dry even after repair
service arrogant, without any effort to be helpful and reasonable communication

Quiet operation.
Service dates are catastrophic. Out-of-warranty repair reported through the manufacturer's website - it only took a week to hear back from the authorized service. Then another 5 days, because they don't have the door seals in stock in the Czech Republic and finally waiting another 15 days for someone to come and replace it.
Communication of the authorized service - a disaster. No technicians, covid, too much work. Is it so dysfunctional that they can't keep up?
