In reality, it looks cheaper than in the pictures, but it serves its function well. My hands are free and the other side can hear me beautifully. Works seamlessly with iPhone 13. Just be careful: directional is not only the microphone, but also the earpiece - when I thought I was somehow hearing the sound badly, it turned out that I just need to turn the earpiece better so that it points to the middle of the ear.

Compared to the Jabra Talk 25, it wins all the way. Jabra has a removable earplug that always comes loose when I put it in my ear with one hand and it falls off in the car. The Helmer handset, on the other hand, has the earpiece firmly attached (but can be rotated) and the handset can simply be inserted into the ear with one hand. She's holding up great. It always notifies me when it turns on and off and can even dictate the number it is calling. Just great!
