I gave 3 chances, I love HyperX, tried Logitech, Razer, beyerdynamic mmx200 and still returned them all, because they had such problems, that they were basically unusable for me. This headset has good sound and comfort I need, but the main problem that makes them the most unusable headset of all - dongle. I don't know how HyperX could make it so bad. Everytime I play anygame, in random moments sound becomes robotic and laggy, sometimes even game lags so bad, which doesn't happen without headset. I tried everything, it's not possible to fix it, it's hardware problem. I bought HyperX cloud alpha wireless and they work perfectly, so if you like HyperX, don't but this one and pay a little more for alpha version. Cloud alpha also has better sound and microphone.
