after purchase and subsequent unpacking it was visible that it is not unpacked for the first time (spina in the box + fingerprints on metal parts) from the beginning I thought that this is a typical scam when someone breaks the ledger to remove / replace the protective chip, pack it back up and throw it on ebay/amazon where some companies buy it for cheap then you unpack it at home, put your crypto in it and the person in question remotely makes it for you. BUT that is not the case here. I immediately called alza support for the product trigger, within an hour they replied that it is an original from LEDGER. my opinion is that they opened it in the alza and checked if everything is OK and packed it back.
