I rate the product positively. It's very quiet, both washer and dryer. We had a problem connecting the waste pipes through the supplied Y piece. Water has accumulated in the dryer ( even though it shouldn't) and has damaged the entire unit. Maybe we had a defective piece. The app is nice and intuitive. The sound can be turned off. The drum of the washing machine is really big. Very nice clean design.

Fast delivery, delivered to the site and packaging material taken away. I am satisfied with the product, the tower is really nice. The washing machine and dryer run very quietly. I recommend not to use the supplied waste water splitter or to add some kind of check valve, otherwise the water is also flowing into the other part. I have most of the products from LG and so far I have always been satisfied so I assume that WashTower will not disappoint me either. What bothers me is that for some programs I can't manually change additional functions, but unfortunately all manufacturers have everything closed like that. If it dried faster, I wouldn't be mad either: -). Here in the review someone wrote that it is missing a compartment for fabric softener which is strange because I have it there. In general, it bothers me that everything is done to save energy nowadays, because I don't address that. With the old LG dryer, the inside of the drum could light up during operation, which is no longer possible here. It finally has the option to manually start the condenser cleaning, the older one didn't have it and the automatic one didn't do it as often as it probably should and then I got a clog.

I am very satisfied with the washer and dryer, especially with the wide selection of programs incl. steam function and a really generous drum - capacity up to 12kg of laundry. The washing machine is quieter even at high speeds. What I would criticize is the service from Alza, when there was a bad settling of the washing machine, but quite quickly this problem was solved with a technician directly from LG (all under warranty).
