As much as I like LG and own a lot of electronics from them, this product has disappointed me 2x. The device has flooded me twice! I complained and the complaint was acknowledged and resolved by replacing it with a new piece. Unfortunately, it is probably a manufacturing defect of the whole series, as the second device also flooded me... In both cases, the devices were installed, wired and tested by Alza Express employees. However, it only took one load of laundry and when the water was released, water started leaking from the connection between the washer and dryer. On the second piece, the washing machine was so clever that the water got in where it shouldn't have and blew the breakers. Since then, the device blows the circuit breaker every time I plug it into the power. networks. I was originally looking for a fault in the hoses, but that's where it's dry. Water is leaking from the device, probably a bad connection somewhere inside. I called LG directly and am now waiting for their technician to visit my home to check the device. However, I have found that the "Y" fork to the waste hoses is unusable nonsense. The washing machine, when discharging the water, pushes the water not only into the waste but also into the dryer. This could have been the cause of all the problem. However, the hose to drain the condensate from the dryer is thin and cannot be connected to the waste connection without using a splitter. But to make matters worse the dryer itself doesn't want to work as it should. Every time I wanted to dry the laundry that I had to wash at my parents' house, the dryer threw me a "Drn" error after about an hour of drying. So it doesn't actually wash or dry. I called LG again and reported a "Drn" error. The response from LG was that they don't have "Drn" on file and don't know what it actually means. My guess would be "Drain". But even when I disconnected the hose and poured out all the water, it didn't solve the problem. I am deeply disappointed and am considering returning the device. I'll wait for the technician's conclusion, but I'm leaning towards withdrawing from the contract.
