Two phones in a different color purchased for school-age children as a birthday gift after experience with Motorola EDGE 50 Fusion 12GB/512GB Forest Blue (parents) and Motorola Moto G54 5G 12GB/256GB Power Edition Pearl Blue (parents). While the latter relatively recently received Android 15, which fixed a charging issue and overall has an underpowered CPU, the EDGE 50 Fusion has been OK since the beginning. I am evaluating the phone after a week as a Huawai P20, Samsung S21 and S24+ user. Really pleasant surprise, for the price of 7,5k even with the original charger a very decent phone.
Design, build quality (solid, nothing squeaks anywhere), durability, see. Certification.
Pure Android 15, with min. ballast and very smooth.
The CPU and GPU can easily run Minecraft, PUBG, or the demanding Genshin Impact on the lowest details but absolutely smoothly!
Well readable and very fine display, 120Hz, rounded edges, the phone looks very luxurious.
Hard cover in the package, usable although not protecting the display from all sides.
The phone really smells out of the box.
Addictive Moto gestures, see flashlight.
Stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, sound quality and loud enough.
4k video at 30 fps or FHD video at 60 or 30 fps.
High quality photos and video in low light conditions.
AI support.
NFC, GPS, etc. no modern and desirable features are missing
256 GB of internal storage is neither too little nor too much, but SD card support makes sure of that.
12GB RAM + AI (possibly manually) can allocate up to an additional 12GB RAM from internal storage
Charging with 68W Motorola fast charger in about 15-20 min.
The rounded edges of the display make the phone a design gem, but the kid complained about not being able to play PUBG, due to the gear selection menu being in the rounded part of the display.

I have only had the phone for a few days, but I can already say that it has pleasantly surprised me and meets all my expectations.
The phone is very well made and high quality from the factory. The operation of the phone is very smooth, Android does not contain any ballast and unnecessary content
The rounded display makes it comfortable to hold in the hand and not at all chunky.
As a big plus I perceive gestures on the control of the phone. from Motorola like a double shake-turns the flashlight on and off. Tapping your finger on the back of the phone wakes up the phone, starts the assistant, or you can set the gesture instead of the assistant for another task. A light double tap on the screen puts your phone back to sleep.
I mainly bought the phone because of the positive reviews about the cameras. But I haven't tried
It's a novelty, you can't buy a flip or other case for the phone yet, and neither can you buy protective glass or screen film.
But-I applied a foil from Fa Fixed to the screen, for the tel. Motorola Edge 50 Fusion and fits. I recommend buying it with your phone.
