nice sound
convenient charging method
fast automatic connection to the device
I can't get used to the controls well because of the sensitivity and size of the touch pad - when you want to adjust the headphones, you usually press something and tapping at volume crosses over a bit with the single tap functions, triggering a different function. But it's nothing fundamental, more of a habit.
