I am satisfied with noco genius. I' ve been driving it in my car all year and it has already saved me 5 times. It started my audi a4 2.0 tdi mostly without a problem, if it didn' t start on the first try it always did on the second to third, so great. Gasoline engines are completely problem-free. But my guess is that the gb40 is suitable for diesel four-cylinder engines up to the 2.0 tdi, but it can start
Quality booster start
great thing switching to maximum starting current
quality starter cables

So far I have started everything.
Ease of use and robustness.
I would have expected a case included in the price, not that I' m shelling out a lot of money for it.

Unlike similar devices, this one really works. It doesn' t need to have “50 functions“, but it does exactly what it is designed for. Some people write here that it doesn' t work. However, it is necessary to read the manual properly, when normal starting works up to 2V, if the battery is below 2V, it is necessary to select the second mode - the so-called “Violent start“.
My battery was already quite discharged, other 2 similar devices did not catch at all, but with the NOCO GENIUS BOOST PLUS GB40 I started well even in the “normal“ mode .; -)

As a Powerbox for charging tablets and mobile phones, this product is good. As a starting box absolutely unsuitable, already at the time of purchase I had doubts that this box could generate a current of up to 1000A. Cheap Iron Clamps China. Maybe it can start at least a motorcycle: -)
as a power bank for charging mobile phones and tablets
long endurance when idle
light
completely unsuitable as a starting box, it didn' t start even 1.9 diesel, even though the flashlight was completely discharged
cheap iron crocodile clips (imitation copper)
weak cables (cross section)
