Finally the feeling of clean teeth
Outside of the bristles, it's uncomfortable in the teeth but that's my shit

Compared to a regular toothbrush, the difference is noticeable after ~14 days. The battery easily lasts a whole week and charging is also surprisingly fast. In my interim experience, the heads, including the bristles, last a little less than a regular toothbrush, but in the long run, this somewhat justifies the otherwise higher price of replacement heads.
Battery life
Relatively fast recharging
Noticeable difference compared to conventional brushes
Heads with better than average service life
Price of replacement heads.

It cleans your teeth; once you get used to the electric toothbrush, it is also quite pleasant
Elegant design
The older model had a softer plastic surface that didn't slip in the hand, here a hard smooth plastic that looks very elegant but slips a bit
Simple low battery indicator that only shows when the battery is low (older model had several stages)

Given the constant threat of periodontal disease I've already shared this is a welcome help. However, I recommend buying softer heads, because the supplied one sometimes caused minor bleeding.
Cleans much better than a regular toothbrush
More stable cleaning results
Comfort
It took a few days to get used to a whole new way of cleaning
The quad-pacer function which indicates the recommended cleaning time is rather annoying, the brush switches off when I'm not done

It makes up for the more expensive Diamond in basic cleaning.
Price still high.
