I recommend avoiding this product.
I can't think of any
absolutely stupidly made lock whose setting is either impossible or I got a defective piece
I use various products with similar lock system but I have not encountered such a mess so far
the setting option and the manual is stupidly made so that from the default state it leads to a state where I have no idea what code is currently set. but it's definitely not the one I tried to set up and it can't be changed even after several attempts

I couldn't set the PIN I wanted and the lock got stuck in the open position, then I managed to figure out the PIN 274 by touch. Two flights and twice the value on the lock was very close to the PIN 27_, so I don't know if opening it with a TSA key reveals the PIN, or if the lock gets 'shaken' into the open position during the journey.
Cheap
I couldn't set the lock.
The construction is too flimsy
Does it open by itself?

Practical and important because it is easy to put on the parts of the opposing zippers, especially on backpacks and soft bags. The only thing that can be perhaps a bit of a criticism of the product is that you have to look up the instructions on the internet.
