The product is excellent. The call centre and alza express are not connected. A lot of problems arise because of incompetent and unwilling drivers.

If I could return it easily without going through the same ordeal (especially in summer) of defrosting, moving things around, etc., I would definitely return it. The fridge is noisy, and I mean really noisy, not suitable for studio/one-bed flats where you also want to spend your free time, but that's the least of its problems. The Koreans have apparently decided to let their company's greatest minds innovate the door opening mechanism. And get this, it's not automatic, nor is it a soft-close feature to stop things in the door from falling over, quite the opposite – there's a nonsensical stop at about a 100° opening, combined with a relatively fast closing action and some resistance towards the end of closing. Sound weird? It is weird! Most of the time, what happens is either the door bounces off the stop, picks up speed, and immediately slams shut (with great force), or if you slow it down to stop it from closing so fast, it doesn't close fully and bounces back to about a 15° opening. I've never seen anything like it in my life. Pretty bonkers, right? But that's not all! Samsung probably decided to collect some eco-points by making it start beeping if the door is left open for too long (for example, because you're wrestling with the closing mechanism). And if you ignore it, it starts beeping even louder, and finally, the light starts flashing, so if you're rearranging something in there, which is why the door is open, the light turns off to make it take even longer. It's a shame I can't add a video, I'd upload the disco show here.

Unfortunately, the top drawer of the freezer cannot be pulled out completely, so it’s not easy to see what food is stored inside. Similarly, the top vegetable drawer cannot be pulled out completely, which makes it difficult to access food stored at the back. On the other hand, the glass shelf above the drawer can easily be lifted, making it easier to reach the items inside.
The drawers in the freezer slide in beautifully
The vegetable drawers are brilliant
Thanks to its height, the fridge offers a great deal of space. The shelves are tall enough to comfortably accommodate even larger items of crockery or taller items of food (such as a melon).
You can easily change the direction in which the door opens yourself. No spare parts or servicing are required.

Very good price-performance ratio. Large interior space.
The bottom drawer in the Fresh Zone is a bit stiff.

I am satisfied with the fridge. The space in the fridge is above average. That's great. Controls are simple. There are plenty of drawers and shelves. The freezer's running like a machine.
It is louder when the refrigerant is circulating. Sometimes it's almost a loud crack.
