An excellent machine that always turns out rice exactly as it should be. Very easy to use.
Unfortunately the first one I had to claim, the thermostat stopped working. Resolved by replacement within 2 working days. When I picked it up I only checked the accessories, which was a mistake, I didn't unpack the whole product. It wasn't until I got home that I discovered that the inner container was mechanically warped and the lid didn't stay on. Resolved again within two working days with the fact that I had to pay 40, -CZK because it was directly exchanged for a new piece. Again, partly my fault for agreeing to this.

Good service.
It is difficult to achieve the optimum ratio of rice to water according to the instructions due to the different characteristics of the different types of rice.
