Headphones are OK. They can be used. But instead of getting used to noise and annoying sounds, I' d rather buy another, and better one.
Relatively good sound
The battery lasts a long time
The headphones must be in “pairing mode“ to be visible on any device.
It buzzes even when nothing is playing.
Annoying sound effects when you accidentally press the handset.
Surround sound is terrible. The sounds don' t sound like they' re playing around you at all.

It' s buzzing!
Small
Light
Decent price/performance ratio
They're not playing badly
During quiet songs, between songs or about 3 seconds after the song has finished, it makes an unbearable noise. I understand that these are not headphones for 6 thousand, but I expected from Sony that they would have these in tune. And I' m not the only one who complains about the noise, it seems more like a feature than a defect. So, unfortunately, I had to return them and pay a few hundred more for the Intezze Cliq, and they play luxuriously. I was worried about an unknown brand, but these Sony WF-C500s fit in your pocket.
The plastic box with a semi-transparent lid looks a bit cheap. The Intezze has a luxurious aluminum box: )
Since they don' t have a foot, they are harder to take out of the ear, but that' s probably a matter of habit.

complete satisfaction. Someone is said to be buzzing, fortunately not mine. The big plus is that they perfectly filter out the monotonous noise of motors and fans. They fit great and even with the basic settings they have decent bass. I didn' t try the apk, I just paired it with the phone. Mi 11 Lite NO and everything without problems. Calling also okay, I was a little worried how he would hear the voice from the microphone so far from his mouth but to hear it on the other hand well. They are sound enough enough that when listening to worse songs with a low bitrate, the distortion of the sound can be heard. The only thing that could be criticized is that they only support AAC transmission, but at this price and with what it offers it can be well overlooked.
sound quality
practical packaging
sits on his ears and does not make noise
only AAC

Battery life
Sophisticated application
Excellent fit on the ears
Headphones are buzzing. That was my main reason why I returned the headphones the next day
Although they have the 360 reality audio function, Spotify does not support this function - personally, completely useless
The connection is via a mobile application, so it is not possible to connect headphones with a smart watch

Since I like Sony devices, the choice of headphones could not be different. The sound quality is excellent after adjusting the equalizer. Excellent battery life, just with the case, I could handle more endurance. The headphones hold beautifully in your ear and do not let the surrounding sound.

After the first hearing, there was not the slightest problem with the headphones, in the subway / bus and while running I will definitely do a good service (despite the lack of ANC soundproof quite well). But there are better alternatives for home listening.
The pleasant construction, they really sit in the ears without any problems, they don' t push - despite the fact that they are quite large at first glance. They hold well in the ears.
Relatively balanced sound, I also think typically Sony - bass denser, mids a bit less, treble ok
App equalizer
Overall good workmanship
Great battery life
A relatively standard type of battery (SP 1254), so if the headphones are not lost / destroyed, a handy “handyman“ can probably prolong their life by replacing them.
Surprisingly, it did not appear in any review (but you can find it in users), but the headphones permanently add up to approx. 5kHz. It is a DAC / amplifier property, not a piece error or a codec property. With pop music it disappears, but listening to that evening podcast or dynamic music is a hassle.
Some higher frequencies are sometimes quite “screamed“ - this can be partially solved by an equalizer.
With regard to the fact that no features of the headphones have me, the amount at the level of the 1990 Walkman is quite crucial, especially if the headphones don' t do it for 1/5 of the price.
