It's working as it should.
It could be smaller and it wouldn't have to glow.

Great mobility
No need to buy gas packs, you can use the sliding handle in the middle under the joystick
Lots of function buttons
The middle button on top of the joystick does not work

perfect ergonomics, well laid out buttons
perfect sensitivity
if you want to fly, you just need this, you can't make an arc on the keyboard
since I have everything RGB backlit, I would have liked a backlight, but that's really cosmetic
non-existent settings for MS Flight Simulator (from the manufacturer), so you have to break it down into buttons yourself or use the mouse to fly (not recommended without autopilot)

Accuracy
dimensions
Hall sensors
does not have force feedback, but that's almost nothing today (and certainly not in this price range)

Joystick is responsive and precise
There is no scale on the trim wheel on the TWCS and you can't tell where the center is.
The trim wheel is positioned in such a way that I often accidentally bump into it.
