Speed - I had a 10 year old TP-link and it is heaven and duds.
Setup is super simple compared to the old one - in the mobile app.
Intuitive application control - password setting, 2.4 and 5 Ghz range
The bands can be split or left on the machine. I have two. 5Ghz connected MacBook and iPad - on 2.4 smart home and phone
Acceleration of wifi compared to the old router - from 5mbps to 100mbps download - which is the ceiling throttled by the provider.
The foil from the antennas came off just fine. A lot of people here are complaining about it.
The price-performance ratio for me is great.
Compared to the little ten year old TP link router that was half the size, white and not even visible on the wall in the hallway, it now looks like I have a drone flying under the ceiling.
Just the look and the color.
