Good application to the tank, better than pouring it from a 500ml can.
Better engine performance.

The best diesel additive. My engine isn't super noisy, but it got even quieter after using VF. He's obviously doing well.

according to the original owner, the car is used to it, so I continue the application even at 360k miles: )

I suppose it does the job. Subjectively, I don't think you can tell any difference. It just gives you a good feeling.
It's better to just buy additised diesel straight away and not mess around with adding your own additives.
It pours badly.
The cap comes loose on its own, so watch out for the additive leaking out by itself. I wouldn't want to clean that up in my car.
