I switched from a Prestigio model with Android 8, and it was a shock to me that the phone doesn't open from the back! Documentation in all languages, but poor. There is no description of inserting the SIM and memory card, you need to watch it on youtube. A fast and quality mobile with a perfect display, they mess up by delivering inadequate documentation!
