It is the biggest helper and within 14 days I bought the second one for the 1st floor of the family house, so we have two in total and it really saves work.
He drives carefully, does not crash into things, returns to clean the mops at the station and only changes the water, but due to the 4 l reservoirs, this is only once in a while. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We are very satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. We have an adult female and a puppy, so we were looking for a vacuum cleaner with good suction power. This one was a very pleasant surprise. Surprisingly, it also wipes well, probably thanks to the discs. Self-cleaning and drying after wiping is also a great trick. Both the X10+ and X20+ are perfect machines in terms of price-performance ratio. If you are considering which model to buy I recommend the newer X20+. I would choose the X10+ only if you have more smaller carpets or places that are not mopped. For the X20+, it can be assumed that some software functions will be solved in the future by updating the application and the vacuum cleaner software.
Larger clean and waste water container compared to the previous X10+ model
Option to switch on vacuum mode before mopping. You will especially appreciate it when vacuuming pet hair. X10+ does not have this mode and the vacuum cleaner blows the hair into the already vacuumed area, which it then mops.
Less noise compared to X10+ even in the strongest mode.
Option to switch off automatic mop drying after mopping is complete. X10+ can't.
Self cleaning function that alarms the structure and is easier to clean. X10+ does not have this feature.
Possibility to remove the ramp and put it in the dishwasher. X10+ does not allow it and after a while the ramp gets very dirty.

As a major difference from the X10+ I consider the absence of automatic mop lift in case of hitting the carpet. The X20+ is designed specifically for hard floors. For X20+ this is solved in the app, by setting the zones where the carpets are located on the map and then setting the conditions. It is not an unsolvable problem but X10+ works automatically and flawlessly in this regard.
The X20+ has only three settings for cleaning the mops during mopping (after 5m2, 8m2 or 10m2) and cannot be set otherwise. X10+ allows you to set up by room or max 20m2.
Dry mops with cold air only. (may not be a disadvantage, as bacteria do not seem to multiply afterwards, however, the drying time is prolonged) the possibility to set in the range of 2-12h.
