We had a 5 year old Chinese, so we wanted something newer with automation. Packing a little bigger, docking station also surprised by its size. It sucks perfectly, the mopping part is worse. Wipe with cold water. ONLY with water, if you use detergent you lose the warranty. The mops and the station itself look like that.
Quality, workmanship
App, not in English but intuitive
It does what it's supposed to do and quite well
The apk is not and will not be in English
Clean with cold water without detergent
The white colour of everything

Compared to our predecessor from another brand, which was 4 years old, this is a huge step forward. We were surprised by the quietness of the vacuum cleaner and the speed of cleaning. He doesn't bump into anything unnecessarily, he has mapped the area very well and quickly. After the first cleaning we were unpleasantly surprised how black the water was...: -) For us a great and great helper.
Compared to the previous vacuum cleaner, it is not noisy
Vacuums and wipes perfectly
Very precisely packed
Neither the vacuum cleaner nor the app speaks English, some people might be bothered by this

I don't have anything to compare it with yet, but I am very satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. The application is very simple and intuitive, the first loading of the rooms is seamless. It also sucks the hair from the dog perfectly, we will see when it is properly shedding. The vacuuming and subsequent mopping is great, the mops spin so it really mops up. It can handle all types of floors and carpets I have at home, both low and high pile carpets and stone carpet. The dog is not afraid of him as normal, so ideal.

The vacuum cleaner is actively used for 14 days in a house of approx. 100 m², 2 children, 2 cats and one large dog (Swiss mountain dog) live in the house. I bought the vacuum cleaner mainly for frequent vacuuming of animal hair.
Connecting the vacuum cleaner with the application was very easy, the vacuum cleaner scanned all the spaces in approx. 5-7 minutes, the first version I had ran exactly along the wall and had to go completely everywhere, which is no longer the case here thanks to the laser, the vacuum cleaner itself even at a distance (it was barely in half the room) scanned the room. Where he just couldn' t reach, he scans during cleaning.
It is very easy to use, I like that I can schedule when and how it cleans the room. It drives very precisely, it doesn' t bump into things, since we have large spaces here, it' s great that they can be divided into rooms, I have it set that after every 10 m² cleaned, it goes to change the water and clean the cloths and continues cleaning. The disadvantage is that there is only one pair of cloths and one waste bag in the package, we use the vacuum cleaner 2x-3x a day so I have to remove the cloths here and there and wash them by hand. Already solved by buying more cloths.
I couldn' t find anywhere what all the items in the application mean, so from the beginning it was a trial and error of what the vacuum cleaner will actually do.
The vacuum cleaner is great, exceeded my expectations
large tanks for clean and dirty water, large waste bag
simple application - I managed it myself and that' s what I can say: D, lots of functions and setting options, possibility to set regular cleaning for each room separately
it vacuums up dog hair beautifully and thanks to the rotating discs it also wipes beautifully, it' s not just dragging a wet rag behind you
a small disadvantage is that it is quite noisy when emptying the waste, but since I don' t have to do it anymore, it is forgiven
originally it was set to clean 8m², I changed it to 10m² and it' s just right,
it really saves me a lot of time, I recommend it 100%
the package could include a spare bag and spare cloths (solved by buying everything at Sheina for a third)
it' s a pity that there is no detergent or fragrance for sale in it,

I switched almost involuntarily (the vacuum cleaner broke) from the Niceboy brand (i6) to this Xiaomi x20. It' s like switching from a scooter to a Tesla automatic. Or how a machine that has to bump into everything and can' t recognize that it has driven into a flower that it knocked over a moment before, spilled and started running all over the apartment, was replaced by a machine that stops 0.5 cm from the obstacle. First impressions are absolutely fantastic, the vacuum cleaner does exactly what I wanted from a vacuum cleaner. He cleans himself, fills himself with water, cleans his rags himself. I just press buttons and look in the app to see how the vacuum cleaner is doing and I' m not a slave to my apartment. This is an ideal choice for people who like order, but would rather have time for something other than constantly messing around.
I should put in the minus what I could occupy myself with when starting the vacuum cleaner with the application, and that was the monitoring of the apartment. The first one must be perfect, the vacuum cleaner must examine every room where it will clean in the future, there must be nothing in the way, not even carpets on which it should not enter later. All doors must be wide open. It seems like a no-brainer, but you always forget something. This is related to the initial more complicated control of the application and the result is that the scan succeeds only on the 4th attempt. If it' s already successful, I don' t really take it as a minus, no brand will be perfect.
After switching to this model, I especially appreciate the simplified work, when there is no need to worry about cleaning cloths. With the previous vacuum cleaner, nobody read anywhere that the owner is the de facto slave of the vacuum cleaner and must put a rag on the vacuum cleaner and add water to the container before each vacuuming, remove the rag and wash it after vacuuming, and remove the water container. As a result, it didn' t clean the apartment that much, because 95% of the floors were wiped with the same rag that the vacuum cleaner dragged behind for 1.5 hours. This does not happen with this model, it wipes a few meters quite luxuriously and the rags can be cleaned. The floor is as clean as ever, I couldn' t ask for more.
Separate cleaning unit
It met all expectations
Excellent and quite reliable navigation
She wipes better than me
A large number of functions, a choice of many power levels
The mobile application for ios is not fully developed, some actions throw up an error repeatedly, although the application can be controlled quite well after a few hours, the beginning, before you find all the hidden functions, is probably just unnecessarily complicated
only one sweeping arm, I was used to two with a cheaper previous vacuum cleaner, cleaning by vacuuming hard-to-reach places is a little more " sloppy", rather just more tedious, but everything is forgiven by wiping!
