The DIN module is a version of the power meter designed to be mounted on a standard 35 mm DIN rail according to EN 60715 inside an electrical switchboard. The compact housing (width typically 1-4 TE) allows integration directly to circuit breakers, so that the measured circuits remain protected and cabling is minimal. DIN modules often support direct measurements up to 63 A, or measurements via metering transformers (MCB/CT) up to hundreds of amps. Advanced versions integrate a web server, datalogger, relay output for load control and MID certification for billing purposes. When installing, it is essential to observe proper wire routing, sealable caps, and respect the temperature range of the instrument, otherwise there is a risk of reading error.
