Mid Tower

Midi Tower refers to a computer case size standard that represents the most widespread and versatile variant on the market. In terms of dimensions, it ranks between the smaller "Mini Tower" cases and the significantly larger "Full Tower" models. The main purpose of this format is to offer sufficient internal space for most common and high-performance computer builds while maintaining reasonable external dimensions. The case is primarily designed for ATX standard motherboards, which is the most common format for desktop computers. The motherboard is the main printed circuit board that connects all computer components. As a rule, smaller Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX format boards can also be installed in a Midi Tower case, which increases its flexibility. The internal space allows for the installation of long graphics cards, several hard drives, SSD storage, and a standard power supply unit. At the same time, it offers sufficient cooling options, both through the use of multiple fans and often for the installation of water cooling radiators. In practice, the Midi Tower represents a balanced solution for users who are building a gaming or workstation computer and need space for high-performance components and efficient heat dissipation, but do not require the extreme dimensions of Full Tower cases.
