WebLink is a technology that allows you to connect a smartphone to a compatible car radio and display selected applications on its screen. After connecting the phone, most often via a USB cable, you can control driving-optimized applications, such as Waze navigation, music services, or YouTube, directly on the car radio's touchscreen. The system works on the principle of so-called "mirroring," where the radio displays a modified interface of the application running on the phone. To set it up, it is necessary to have the corresponding WebLink Host application installed on your phone. This platform serves as an alternative to systems like Android Auto or Apple CarPlay and allows the use of a different set of supported applications.
