Jockstraps protect the male genitalia from injury during contact sports. The removable cup transfers the force of impact to the groin and thigh. Jockstraps have an anatomically tapered central section to make sure they don’t get in the way. Worn over the underwear. Some models have a removable pouch that makes them easier to put on.
