Výběr správného pracovního stolu je klíčovým faktorem pro udržení zdravé a produktivní pracovní pozice. Ergonomicky správná výška stolu může předejít bolestem zad, krku a ramen, a tím podpořit vaši pohodu při práci. V tomto článku se zaměříme na základní pravidla pro výběr správné výšky stolu a představíme vzorec, který vám pomůže najít ideální výšku přímo pro vás.
Ergonomické sezení
Při sezení u stolu by měly být vaše nohy pevně na zemi, kolena v pravém úhlu a stehna by měla být vodorovná s podlahou. Předloktí by měla být při psaní nebo práci na počítači vodorovná s pracovní plochou stolu, což znamená, že lokty by měly svírat úhel přibližně 90 stupňů. Oči by měly být v úrovni horní třetiny monitoru, abyste se vyhnuli nadměrnému ohýbání krku.
Výška stolu pro sezení
Standardní výška pracovního stolu pro sezení se pohybuje mezi 70 a 75 cm. Tato výška je vhodná pro většinu lidí vysokých mezi 165 a 180 cm.
Pokud jste vyšší nebo nižší, je vhodné přizpůsobit si výšku stolu tak, aby byla vaše pracovní pozice optimální.

Výška stolu pro stání
Pracovní stoly pro práci ve stoje by měly mít výšku mezi 95 a 115 cm. V tomto případě platí stejné pravidlo pro polohu předloktí jako při sezení – měla by být vodorovná s pracovní plochou. Pokud používáte nastavitelný stůl, pravidelně střídejte polohy mezi sezením a stáním, abyste zamezili přetížení svalů a kloubů.
