Controls for the Concept Preserving Pot ZH0030 is quite easy, as it works completely on its own. Use the controls to set the desired temperature and time. The temperature can be infinitely controlled from 50 to 100 °C. Among other things, you can also use the practical time switch, which can be set from 20 to 120 minutes, or you can select continuous operation. An audible alarm will alert you when the programme has finished.
