Open the AlzaBox
Enter the code from the SMS on the AlzaBox screen. The locker will open automatically.

Make the payment
You can pay for your order ahead of time online, or simply use your card at the AlzaBox terminal.

Close and you're done
Just close the locker when you're finished. That's it!

If Alza uses a third-party carrier for your chosen shipping method, we will hand over your goods to them in a timely manner. However, Alza is not responsible for any delays caused by our contracted partners.
Alza is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, unforeseen spikes in demand, or IT system outages.
If you order two or more items, we cannot guarantee next-day morning delivery, as the items may come from different warehouses and require additional time to be combined into one shipment.
Some items can only be delivered to XXL AlzaBoxes. The availability of XXL AlzaBoxes may vary.

If you've ordered multiple items with different delivery dates, your entire order will ship on the latest delivery date. If some items are out of stock, it affects the delivery time for the remaining items. You can find the estimated delivery time when selecting the AlzaBox during checkout. You can also split the order and have part delivered faster without paying for shipping. With AlzaPlus+ membership, you can shop with free delivery every day for just 25 CZK per month with an annual payment.
The storage time for your order may vary depending on the chosen AlzaBox location. Please check the authorisation SMS or email you received for the exact pickup deadline, or log into your "My Alza" account on our website or mobile app for more details.
The order will be cancelled or credited, and your money will be refunded.
AlzaBoxes are equipped with alarms and cameras for round-the-clock surveillance.
No, you only pay for shipping once, even if your order fills multiple lockers.
You will see the maximum size allowed during the checkout process. If your items are too large, the system will not let you choose the AlzaBox delivery option.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to follow the progress of your order and see the estimated delivery time on our website.
Once your parcel is placed in the AlzaBox, you'll receive an SMS with an authorisation code. Use this code to open the locker containing your parcel.
You can pay for your order in advance when you place it online, or you can pay by credit card when you pick up your parcel at the AlzaBox.
You can find the most up-to-date shipping costs when you select the AlzaBox delivery option in your shopping cart. The standard shipping fee to an AlzaBox is 69 CZK, but it's only 49 CZK if you pay in advance.
