AlzaPlus+ is a paid customer program whose members get free shipping for their purchases
to Alzaboxes,
branch stores
and
parcel collection points
(Zásilkovna, PPL Parcel Shop, Czech Post). There is no limit to the number of purchases you can make as part of the subscription, so you can easily make purchases every week without paying any shipping fees.

Free shipping applies to the entire range of products you can buy on Alza.cz.

With AlzaPlus+ you can have your orders sent free of charge
to Alzaboxes,
branch storesand
parcel collection points
(AlzaPoints, Zásilkovna, PPL Parcel Shop, Czech Post).

You are entitled to free shipping immediately after you pay for the subscription (if you buy the subscription by putting it in the shopping cart along with another product, you already get free shipping for this purchase).

There are two subscription options:
CZK 25
per month (with an annual payment of
CZK 299) and 1-month subscription for
CZK 59. The membership is valid for 365 or 30 days from the date of purchase.

We do not offer a free trial, however, you can activate the 1-month subscription for the price of
CZK 59. So if you make more than one purchase per month, your free shipping subscription has already paid for itself.

The subscription is renewed automatically if you have paid by card. Don't worry, we will notify you well in advance and repeatedly by email that your subscription will be expiring soon. This gives you full control over whether you want to continue enjoying free shpping or deactivate the service whenever you need it.

You can choose to not renew your AlzaPlus+ subscription directly on the Alza.cz website by logging into your profile. This means that the subscription will no longer be automatically renewed for you and will expire the day after the period for which it is paid (e.g. if your 1-month subscription was paid on 1 April 2022 and cancelled on 20 April, you can still enjoy free shipping until 30 April 2022. From 1 May, you will be charged for shipping normally).
