What to do in case of e-shop fraud?

If you suspect that you have fallen victim to fraud while shopping on an e-shop, we recommend following these steps:

  1. Contact our Call Centre to cancel the order
  2. Contact your bank
    • If you paid by card, you can request a chargeback.
    • Ask your bank about refund options.
  3. Report the fraud to the police
    • If fraudulent activity has occurred, file a report with the Czech Police.
    • Find the nearest police station at https://www.policie.cz/.
    • Prepare all necessary documents: order confirmation, communication with the e-shop, and payment details.
