According to González, the thirteen-song album is similar to its predecessors in both sound and spirit. The songs are short, melodic and rhythmic, a mix of classic folk songwriting and influences from Latin America and Africa. He already revealed what it sounds like in the singles "El Invento", in which he sings in Spanish, and "Visions". And they are distinctive: José González's sound is unmistakable in 2021. He remains true to the silence.
