Guide pulley

A guide pulley is a small bearing or wheel that is used to guide the cutter precisely along the edge of the material or along a template. The pulley rotates and follows the shape smoothly, ensuring that the cutter blade maintains the same distance from the edge. It is used, for example, for aligning veneer, trimming overlapping laminate boards or for creating decorative profiles on wood edges. Thanks to the guide pulley, it is also easy to make a copy of a part using so-called "copy milling", where the pulley runs around the perimeter of a prepared template and the cutter creates the same shape in the new material. If the guide pulley is included, it means you get it directly with the milling machine and can use it immediately for these types of jobs.
