Work Footwear

Safety footwear is divided into work boots, sandals, wellies, and winter boots. Footwear also has different protection grades, with each grade offering a different level of protection for your feet. See below for some tips how to choose the right safety footwear.

When choosing safety footwear, focus mainly on the level of protection it provides:

S1: has a hardened protective toe cap, closed heel, antistatic properties, and is designed to reduce the accumulation of static electricity.
S2: same characteristics as S1, with the added benefit of being water-resistant. Suitable for outdoors and jobs that leave you susceptible to moisture and water.
S3: meets all the S1 and S2 criteria and incorporates a steel midsole against the penetration of sharp objects. Ideal for construction work and for working with sharp objects.
S4: provides all the protection offered by S1, but the footwear is made of moulded polymer/rubber.
S5: All the same features of S4 footwear with the added benefit of midsole penetration resistance.

Safety Class 1 (S1 - S3) consists of safety footwear made of various durable materials except for natural and synthetic polymers. Class 2 (S4 and S5) is made of natural and synthetic polymers.

Winter work boots

Ideal foot protection, both in terms of safety and weather. This type has an internal thermal isolation layer to keep the cold from reaching your foot. Footwear can also be equipped with reflective elements.

Safety sandals

Suitable for warm days. Sandals provide excellent protection and comfort. Suitable for all seasons depending on the climate and weather, and for use in factories or hospitals.

Work boots and shoes

Sturdy and comfortable, this type is suitable for all kinds of work.

Wellies

The ideal choice for humid and wet working environments. Provide an excellent protection against dangerous chemicals and keep your feet safe and dry.
