Charity Project - a non-profit organization that helps mentally and physically handicapped children and children who find themselves in a difficult life situation. In addition to direct financial support for vulnerable children and organizations that protect children, it provides free legal advice, creates awareness campaigns and seeks to enforce legislative changes to better protect children.
Charity Project - are one of the oldest non-profit organizations operating in the Czech Republic. The main goal is to provide a loving home for vulnerable children. Every year, it helps hundreds of children in foster care, families at risk of having their children taken away, as well as abused, mistreated and neglected children. Charity Project LOCIKA was opened in 2015 as the first and still the only center to help children experiencing domestic violence. Last year we had 276 children, 161 mothers and 143 fathers. LOCIKA's work relies on an innovative methodology to ensure that children can live without violence and not repeat the behavioral patterns they have experienced at home. It is a unique form of helping children at risk of domestic violence in the Czech Republic, providing free support to the whole family, children and both parents.
