High school teacher George Camel is a naive, shy nerd who has no authority with his students or his colleagues in the editorial office of the local magazine, where he tries in vain to get his verse published. One day, however, he finds that as soon as he opens the door, a corpse falls out. By coincidence, George is involved in a duel between two gangster gangs competing for a million-dollar check. The comic crazy comedy by the screenwriting duo Lipský - Macourek is a successful parody of cheap gangster films and is unrestrained in its visual and formal ideas and absurd dialogues. The digitisation of this film, which was donated by Milada Kučerová and Eduard Kučera, was carried out by the Karlovy Vary IFF in cooperation with UPP and Soundsquare, the National Film Archive and the State Cinematography Fund in 2021.
