The London Philharmonic Orchestra: Symphonic Music Of Yes CLR
LP Record Released in 1993, this album showcases the London Philharmonic Orchestra performing a selection of classic Yes tracks, featuring Yes veterans Jon Anderson, Steve Howe and Bill Bruford, under the guidance of arranger David Palmer. Palmer had previously worked with Jethro Tull and released a series of symphonic tributes for the RCA label featuring the music of Jethro Tull, Genesis, and Pink Floyd. The presence of sound engineer Alan Parsons, who by then was an artist in his own right but had engineered Pink Floyd's classic Dark Side of the Moon, adds an even more convincing progressive rock stamp to this release.

This ten-track project signals a return to basics, recorded without external producers in a small home studio with just a few instruments and microphones: everything always plugged in, everything always within reach. Alloysious writes about the album: "Every album has to be better than the last one. That's our mentality. If it wasn't better, it wouldn't be released." For him, this album isn't really about the ten songs on the tracklist. It's about what happened to the trio in the long, crazy years since the release of "Cocoa Sugar". After several line-up changes in its early years, the band settled on nine members for its final line-up: Corey Taylor, Mick Thomson, Jim Root, Paul Gray, Craig Jones, Sid Wilson, Joey Jordison, Chris Fehn and Shawn Crahan. Slipknot's self-titled debut album was released in 1999 and reached number one on the Billboard 200 chart. The album produced two singles, "Wait and Bleed" and "Spit It Out", which reached number thirty-one and twenty-eight respectively on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

It was the first performance for the roots rock duo, comprising sisters Rebecca and Megan Lovell, since the release of their 2020 album "Self Made Man," which topped the UK Independent and Americana Albums Charts, as well as the Billboard Blues Albums Chart.
