ZZ Top: Recycler LTD
LP Record ZZ Top's tenth studio album, Recycler, was released in 1990. The album was recorded at Ardent Studios in Memphis and The Plant in Sausalito. It was produced by Bill Ham and engineered by Terry Manning. The album was mixed by Ham and Manning. It reached number ten on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. The album spawned three singles: "Doubleback", "My Head's in Mississippi", and "Give It Up". The album was praised by music critics. Stephen Thomas Erlewine of AllMusic called it a "dense, consistent album" and a "welcome return to form for the band". Robert Christgau said the album "finds the band's guitar interplay in fine fettle".
King Crimson: Beat
LP Record Released in June 1982, just eight months after the 80s lineup's debut album "Discipline", "Beat" showcases the intricate polyrhythmic musical textures of 80s Crimson. The strength of the songs and the tight studio performance helped the band reach the top of the charts in the USA and the UK. It was perhaps the closest a band like King Crimson could ever get to the rock mainstream. As with previous albums in the King Crimson CD/DVD-A series, the CD features a new stereo mix by Robert Fripp and Steven Wilson, and the DVD-A includes a 5.1 mix of the album by Steven Wilson, plus high-resolution stereo versions of both the old and new mixes.
The Bill Evans Trio: Sunday At The Village Vanguard Ltd Clr
LP Record Sunday at the Village Vanguard is a groundbreaking jazz album by The Bill Evans Trio, recorded live on 25 June 1961 at the Village Vanguard in New York City. This album captures the brilliant interplay between pianist Bill Evans, bassist Scott LaFaro, and drummer Paul Motian. Tragically, this was the final recording to feature LaFaro, who died in a car accident just ten days after the performance. The album is renowned for its exceptional sound quality and the trio's innovative approach to both standards and original compositions. The tracklist showcases the trio's dynamic range with pieces like "Gloria's Step" and "Jade Visions", both composed by LaFaro, as well as a captivating rendition of "My Man's Gone Now" from Gershwin's opera "Porgy and Bess".

Selah Sue
LP Record Reviews,, The nineteen-year-old Belgian singer roars like a seasoned African-American with decades of stage experience. Selah Sue – or Sanne Putseys, to use her real name – has mastered soul, rock, hip-hop, and blues, but her true foundations lie in ragamuffin and reggae. She usually keeps to a gentle style, but her voice can really turn up the heat when she wants to. Duffy can be pushed to the back of the shelf; Selah Sue is passing her by. " (Stereo, August 2011),, The Belgian mixes ragga and dubstep with contemporary R&B and we recommend her for the international market. Patrice produces, Cee-Lo sings along. It's not uncharming. " (Rolling Stone, July 2011),, A mature debut full of "crazy vibes". " (stereoplay, September 2011)
