LP Record When "Forbidden Fruit" was released on the Colpix label in 1961, Nina Simone's popularity was only just beginning to grow, reaching its peak several years later. She was only 28, but her amazing voice was already fully developed, making it easy to predict a long career that would establish her as one of the most important singers in jazz history. In the years that followed, her music and her commitment to the Civil Rights Movement would catapult her into the ranks of the most influential figures in African-American music. Even on the album "Forbidden Fruit", she reveals herself as a stunning interpreter and a formidable pianist.
LP Record Not a trace of boredom After Car Seat Headrest self-released no less than eleven albums in the last six years, their new record "Teens Of Denial" is their second album on the Matador label, following "Teens Of Style" (2015). For the first time, the quartet collaborated with producer Steve Fisk (Soundgarden, Damien Jurado, Screaming Trees). Just like its predecessor, the new album skilfully balances between punk, psychedelia, and calm acoustic songs. All twelve songs on "Teens Of Denial" have one thing in common: the unmistakable voice of singer Will Toledo.
LP Record Erasure's 1995 self-titled album is fantastic. It's packed with great songs. My favourite track on the album is probably "Chains of Love". I really love the rhythm and the lyrics. I'm also a big fan of the song "Heavenly Action". It's a really catchy tune and I enjoy the lyrics in that one too. Overall, I think it's a brilliant album and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

"Angles" features ten tracks that showcase a diverse range of sounds, blending elements of post-punk, new wave, and pop.
