LP Record The Dutch symphonic metal band Delain was founded in 2002 by keyboardist Martijn Westerholt (Eye of Melian and ex-Within Temptation). At that time, it was a musical project featuring singer Charlotte Wessels and a number of guest musicians. Their debut album, "Lucidity", released in September 2006 via Roadrunner Records, featured a host of well-known musicians from the metal scene: Marco Hietala (ex-Nightwish and Tarot) on vocals and bass guitar, Ad Sluijter (ex-Epica), Guus Eikens (Orphanage) and Jan Yrlund (Imperia) on guitars, and Ariën van Weesenbeek (ex-God Dethroned and Epica) on drums. Guest vocalists on the album include Sharon den Adel (Within Temptation), Liv Kristine (Leaves' Eyes) and George Oosthoek (Orphanage, MaYan).

LP Record A man of many talents. In 2018, none other than Lenny Kravitz returned to the rock scene. The singer, songwriter, and producer brought his new album, "Raise Vibration", with him. Fans had to wait four years for the follow-up to his 2014 album, "Strut". That the wait was worth it was proven by Kravitz with the first single release, the almost eight-minute-long, socially and politically critical protest song "It's Enough", complete with explosive and moving clips in the music video. The song shows a new side to Kravitz. Otherwise, "Raise Vibration" moves between psychedelic funk, rock, blues, country, and soul, shifting between powerful anthems and soulful piano ballads with strings.

LP Record Producer Nicolas Jaar and guitarist Dave Harrington come from starkly different backgrounds. Jaar hails from the New York minimal techno scene, where he rose to stardom with a series of brilliant dance singles. On his 2011 album, "Space Is Only Noise", Jaar deconstructed common forms of electronic music, reassembling them into intoxicating new shapes. Harrington, on the other hand, started out as a young bass player with a passion for experimental jazz. After joining Nicolas Jaar's live band as a guitarist in 2011, he began to incorporate electronic elements into his own work. Now, the two musicians have explored their common ground to form the exceptional duo Darkside.
