Dobrý den, mám zakoupenou televizi Thomson. Je připojená na WIFI, zapnutá funkce HbbTv. Po zapnutí červeného tlačítka na Primě, se bez problémů dostanu na výběr filmů, ale po spuštění filmu jde pouze zvuk a nejde obraz. To samé dělá i ČT a Nova. Youtube normálně funguje. Díky za radu

Dobrý den, funguje vám HbbTV (červené tlačítko) pro stanice prima? Jsem připojen k internetu přes wifi. Přes menu červené tlačítko dám přehrát včerejší seriál, tak to nic neudělá. Jen se objeví načítání a pak to vypne a zapne televizi. :-/ Dělá to ještě někomu? Nevím, co tam víc nastavit, aby to fungovalo. Jestli je chyba u mne v nastavení nebo v TV. Díky za odpovědi. Lukáš

Dobrý den, nemohu se dostat do obchodu s aplikacemi, po otevření storu se mi objeví chybová hláška errorCode = -110 ERR_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT_NEEDED, obrázek zde External Link Není potřeba někde něco nastavit? Předinstalované aplikace (i webový prohlížeč) fungují normálně.

Dobrý den po zapnutí jedné z aplikací na televizi kterou jsme zapinali i před tím se nám televize vypla. Nejde nic ani zapnout ani vypnout. Ukazují se tam jenom 4 kolečka. Zkoušeli jsme to i vypojit nebo restartovat.
